Lions roar past United

United were knocked out of the John O'Hara cup at the first hurdle by first division Pagham.

United making the long journey into west Sussex faced with the daunting task of taking on the previously unbeaten division one table toppers.

United went down 7-0 thanks to five second half Pagham goals Three of which was a Hat Trick from potent goalscorer Scott Murfin.

There was good news with the Reserve side progressing through to the next round of the Reserve League Cup. Dale Hendys side overcome Little Common 2-1 to progress through.
