There was victory's for all of Eastbourne United AFC sides over the past week.
On Friday night the Reserves entertained a resilient Peacehaven side and secured a 1-0 victory courtesy of a 90th minute winner from defender Shaun Lee.
On Saturday the 1st Team met promotion favourites Dorking Wanderers, United missing a number of players lost striker Evan Archibald to injury early in the first half and held there own until the 44th Minute when Chris Williams broke to send united 1-0 down, The second half didn't start any better with united soon 3-0 down before more injurys set in agiain forcing defender Jack Fry and Keeper Grant Fitzgerald to be substituted dorking rounded the game off by winning 4-0.
The Under 18s made the long journey in to Steyning in the county cup and came away with a 8-1 victory to set up a away tie in the next round to Mile Oak.
The 1st Team was back in action on Tuesday night for the visit of high flying Southwick. United manager Paul Daubeney not impressed with Saturdays performance made 6 changes to the side and was given the perfect reaction by his players with the side running out 1-0 winners thanks to a early Dave Smart goal.
