Daubeney Disappointed with defeat

Eastbourne United AFC went down to their first defeat of the 2012 and the first since 12th November when defeated by East Preston 2-1 on Saturday.
Two goals from Charlie Oatway was enough to beat United, Billy Trickett with United's conclusion.


Manager Paul Daubeney was not happy after the manner of defeat "I cant take anything away from my players today they battled and created chances but just didn't take them, I think anybody watching today will see that both their goals were fortunate not to be given offside. We will get our heads down and work hard to go on another unbeaten run, I have some disappointed lads in the dressing room today but they can be proud of how far we have come so far this season"

United are back in action on Saturday 28th January when Mile Oak visit the Oval
